Our accidental beginning
Honey & Hearth Bakers started in the most ordinary place: my kitchen, usually at an hour when I should’ve been asleep. What began as a “let me try this sourdough thing” quickly turned into a full‑blown obsession, complete with flour‑covered counters, timers going off during school pickups, and kids asking, “Is this loaf for us or for someone else?”

Sourdough: our love language
Sourdough is my love language. It’s slow, intentional, and refuses to be rushed — basically the opposite of everything else in my life. It makes me pause, breathe, and actually enjoy the process.
